8-day private family holidays

This private family tour is designed for those who want to do something different with their loved ones. You and your family will be introduced by the authentic historical sights, the best views and the main highlights in Myanmar. Fun activities like horse cart ride and Yangon circular train ride are featured for the sake of your family.

Start your tour in Mandalay and meet your guide at the airport. Take a short drive around the city before transfer to the jetty to embark RV Mingun / RV Innwa which are traditional wooden boats, each having 4 cosy and charming cabins. Sails towards Mingun and absorb the fascinating scenes of Ayeyarwaddy.

Enjoy your second day with sightseeing in the old cities of Mingun and Ava (Innwa) with rich culture and heritages. Experience an enchanting horse cart ride in Ava. An exclusive BBQ Dinner to be followed on the River Beach.

On day 3, disembark at Mandalay and take a full-day city tour to get a glimpse of Mandalay and its friendly people before you transfer to the airport for domestic flight to Bagan.

Arrive in Bagan the next morning and start your tour with visit to busy local market in Nyaung U. Explore around the dusty yet magical Bagan to discover the century-old history and the ancient pagodas.

Get your chance to hop in a horse cart before you wander around Minnanthu village.

Next day, fly from Bagan to Heho. Enjoy a half day boat trip on Inle Lake, dotted with floating vegetation, fishing canoes and the lake’s famous leg-rowers.

On day 6, extend your sightseeing around Inle Lake and take a boat trip to Indaing for one of the most scenic trips on the lake.

Next morning, fly back to Yangon and you will experience a fun and authentic circular train ride. Yangon Circular Railway was built during colonial times by the British, serving the Yangon metropolitan area. Naturally mingle with the friendly locals and try to start a conversation about Yangon or their typical ways of life. Get off the train, you will be transferred to Karaweik Hall and Bogyoke market before heading to one of the world’s wonders in Myanmar, the magnificent Shwedagon pagoda which is believed to be 2,500 years old.

On the last day of your tour, bid farewell to Myanmar and move on for your onward journey.
