SEEDS is one of the best fine dining restaurants in Yangon. Nestled beside the picturesque Inya Lake, diners can indulge in the ultimate boutique dining experience in a breathtaking ambience that reflects principles of the four elements: earth, fire, wind and water.
The concept is that these elements allow the seeds of wisdom to grow, which then enable the young, ambitious generation of local Myanmar people to develop their skills and to be a part of a never-ending process of creation, such as the skills required to create daily meals.
SEEDS is run by Lucia and Felix Eppiser, the former who worked at Le Planteur. Together they serve pure and creative food made of local ingredients but prepared using European cooking techniques. This in-house restaurant also features the Sunset Lounge for cocktail parties and a garden area and balcony that can seat up to 120 people.
