An Overview of Your Adventure

Day 1

Commence your journey with an arrival in vibrant Manila. After settling into your hotel, enjoy a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2

Head to Pampanga and get ready for an exciting adventure! hop in a 4×4 and take off for the volcano’s base.Trek to the cater of Mt. Pinatubo, the country’s ‘sleeping giant’ . The crater lake within the mouth of the volcano has a halcyon shade of blue, spend some time at the crater before trekking back to the base area. Make a pit stop at The San Guillermo Church, one of Pampanga’s oldest church it was named after San Guillermo, the patron saint of Bacolor. Because of the province’s lahar overflow after Mount Pinatubo’s eruption in 1991, it is also known as the “half-buried church” of Bacolor. Return to hotel for overnight accommodation.

Day 3

Head to Banaue, a charming city tucked away in the mountains of the Cordillera. On the way, take in the stunning views of the famous rice terraces from an overlook before heading back to your hotel.

Day 4

Explore Banaue’s stunning scenery and get to know the locals! Hop on a local jeep and take in the stunning views before heading down to the rice terraces. You can chat with the locals and get a feel for the culture of the area. The rice terraces, which are thought to be a thousand years old, are a reminder of ancient artistry. After a day of exploring, make sure to check out the local market and buy some souvenirs before heading back to your hotel for the night.

Day 5

Take another overland ride, passing through the mountain town of Polis, and make a pit stop in the town of Bontoc, where you can check out a museum with lots of cool artifacts and photos, including some from the Igorots’ headhunting days. Then, head to the peaceful highland town of Sagada and see some of the famous hanging coffins before heading to dinner and a sleepover.

Day 6

Start your day off early and, if the weather holds up, head out on a trekking trip to Mt. Timbak, the third highest peak in Luzon. You’ll get to take in the views of lush green terraces and beautiful villages. Afterwards, head to Baguio to check in and stay the night.

Day 7

Head to Ilocos Sur and make your way to Vigan. Along the way, take in the stunning sights of the towns and make sure to check out Santa Maria village, which houses a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Church of the Assumption– a baroque church with a stunning hilltop location. Make sure to stay at a hotel in Vigan for the night.

Day 8

If you’re looking for a fun and exciting getaway, check out Mena Crisologo! You’ll find cobblestone streets lined with colonial houses, and you can get a taste of the past by seeing horse-drawn carriages called ‘calesa’. Plus, you can explore St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Syquia mansion, and a burnay jar factory. And if you’re looking for something a bit more unique, you can check out Vigan’s traditional craft of Abel weaving, and then head to Laoag for a night.

Day 9

Head to St. Augustine’s Church in Laoag and check out some of the town’s cultural highlights, like the Abolition Monument of the Tobacco Monopoly and the Cathedral of St. Williams. Afterwards, make your way to Pagudpud, a seaside resort town, where you can stay for the night.

Day 10

Spend a chill day out on the beach in Pagudpud, whether you like to swim or just chill by the water. You can even stay the night!

Day 11

Take a drive to Patapat viaduct, which is one of the longest bridges in the country, and then make your way inland through rice paddies and pastures until you reach Tuguegao. Check out the amazing Callao Caves – a 7-chambered cave with different geological formations. Then, take a boat ride along the Pinacanauan River while you wait for the amazing bat flight at night. Finally, head back to Tuguegarao for dinner and a night stay.

Day 12

Have a chill day before you hop back on the plane to Manila, ending this amazing journey through Northern Philippines.
