get a taste of Mandalay with Mandalay night bites

Share

Take an exciting evening food tour and sample Mandalay’s diverse cuisine in a bustling part of town. This evening’s adventure includes riding on a light truck, listening to local Burmese music, sipping on rum sours and chatting about local life.

Snap some photos of the city’s famous sites, which have a beautiful ethereal glow when illuminated at night. Afterwards, rub elbows with the locals and tuck into the local street stall favourites such as barbeque pork, spicy Malay noodles, fried pancakes and much more. The menu changes night to night but there will be plenty of sweet and savoury snacks to choose from. Wrap up the evening with a visit to the local ‘beer station’ to enjoy a dinner of barbeque dishes.
