The luxurious Strand Cruise’s sister-property is the iconic Strand Hotel, so it is no surprise that this latest embodiment of the Strand legacy offers the same calibre of activities to indulge in. Totalling 27 luxury cabins, including 10 Deluxe Cabins, 13 Strand Cabins, 2 State Suites and 2 Strand Suites, each bedroom is tastefully decorated and every room offers floor-to-ceiling windows, en-suite bathrooms, complimentary WiFi, international TV channels and 24-hour butler service. Facilities include a swimming pool, the Strand Spa, the Strand Restaurant, al fresco outdoor dining, Sarkies Bar and a souvenir shop.

This luxury tour starts in Yangon with a stay at the historic Strand Hotel. The journey then proceeds to a three-night cruise along the Ayeyarwaddy River between Mandalay and Bagan. Visit the highlights of the former royal city of Mandalay and the famous ancient city of Bagan renowned for its thousands of temples. Afterward, fly from Bagan to Heho and proceed to the beautiful Inle Lake. Explore the natural splendour of the lake and learn about the daily life of the Inthar people. End the experience with a memorable hot air balloon ride over Inle Lake.
