Day 1: Singapore Arrival

Arrive in Singapore and meet your guide at the airport who will escort you to your hotel. After freshening up, head out to meet your guide again for your night out at Marina Bay. The first stop is Gardens by the Bay which brings to life Singapore’s vision of creating a City in a Garden. Visit the iconic tree-like vertical gardens and Supertree Grove, designed with large canopies that provide shade in the day and come alive with special effects of light and sound at night during the famous Garden Rhapsody show.

Next, view the city from the heights of Marina Bay Sand’s Skypark Observation Deck. A roof-deck like no other, this observation deck in the clouds perches 200 metres in the air and offers a 360-degree view of the Singapore skyline stretching as far as Indonesia’s Riau Islands.

End the evening cruising the Singapore River on a bumboat, a traditional cargo-ferrying craft, passing historical bridges and buildings which embody the city’s colonial heritage.

Day 2 : Singapore Experience / Henderson Wave

Start the day with a visit to the famed Botanical Gardens. This 150-year old garden is the country’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the National Orchid Garden, which boasts the world’s largest orchid display with over 60,000 plants and orchids, before heading for the city’s mall district.

Drive along Orchard Road, a golden mile of shopping which was once lined with nutmeg and pepper plantations. Now Asia’s most famous retail destination, here malls, restaurants, cafes and bars offer world-class shopping dining and entertainment 365 days a year.

Next, head to Little India where you will be greeted by myriad colours and aromas the moment you arrive. Be dazzled by the colourful saris, jewellery, silverware and brassware on display in this bustling district, and enjoy the scent of spices and jasmine flower garlands as you wind your way through the streets.

Your tour continues to the colonial civic district which brings you back to the time of the British Empire. This area forms the very heart of Singapore, with neo-Palladian buildings lining the banks of the Singapore River, including the former Parliament House, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, the old Supreme Court Building and St Andrew’s Cathedral. You will also see the Padang’s most important building, the City Hall, site of many pivotal moments in Singapore’s history, such as the surrender of the Japanese forces in 1945.

The tour pauses at the mouth of the Singapore River for a photo opportunity with the Merlion, a mythical creature, part lion and part fish, set against the backdrop of the city’s financial district. The morning’s last stop is in Chinatown. Walk along the narrow streets passing by golds traders, traditional Chinese medical halls, calligraphy masters at work, and traditional tea and coffee houses where you will have a chance to sample these traditionally brewed beverages.

Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure or relax by the pool. In the late afternoon, meet up again with your guide for the hike to Henderson Wave, which forms part of the Southern Ridges Walk. You will be walking the section of the 5-kilometre trail that connects Telok Blangah Hill Park and Mount Faber Park. Observe a rich variety of tropical flora and fauna while catching stunning views of Singapore island.

Day 3: Bintan Island

Head out from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal to Bintan Island for your luxury glamping experience. The Canopi offers a one-of-a-kind holiday for family and adventure seeker alike. Nestled amidst the lush green forests of Bintan Island, The Canopi was borne from the passion of reconnecting today’s modern society with nature and outdoor adventure, all with a touch of class. Unique by design, The Canopi’s luxurious safari themed tents are inspired by those of 18th-century colonial explorers.

Join a mangrove kayaking excursion or pontoon-boat tour or enjoy other activities [at own additional expense] such as diving with a sea scooter, water ZOVB, off-road ATV rides and much more. In the evening, you have the opportunity to join a nighttime firefly tour.

Day 4: Bintan Island

Take part in activities at the hotel or excursions nearby. In the evening, enjoy a campfire and grilling by your tent.

Day 5: Departure

Hop aboard a ferry and transfer to Singapore Changi Airport to connect to your departure flight for your onward journey.
